As a safety precaution, we are only allowing damaged items to be returned. If your order is damaged, we can exchange the item's for a new one that is not damaged. Or we can keep the damaged shirt and send to your email a full refund through a virtual gift-card containing the identical value that we charged to your bank. This can only be used on our website.
The product you are wishing to return must be accompanied by a receipt. You must provide evidence that the packaged items were damaged when you recieved them. Furthermore, All packaging, your damaged item, and all contents within the original package must all still remain, as you recieved them, for your return to be eligible. You have 7 calendar days to contact us regarding the return of your damaged item from the date you received it. Following we will give you a deadline to return the damaged products to us, which is usually an additional 5-7 days.

After we have receive your damaged order. We will notify you that we have received your return. Following that notification, we will inspect your return to ensure it follows the quota we have set in our return and refund policy. Following, we will send an email notifying you regarding the status of your return.
If your return is approved, we will respectfully offer you two refund options. You can only accept one of these offers. (1) You may accept and recieve new, undamaged item's sent in the mail to the same address the order was originally delivered to. (2) Or, we will send a full store-credit refund in a virtual gift card to your email that was provided at checkout. This gift-card can only be used in our collection shop on www.bailleytees.com/.
This gift card voucher will have the identical value that was charged to you for your damaged returned item's. This virtual gift-card voucher can only will be electronically emailed to the address you provided at checkout.
Your virtual gift-card should be ready to use on our collection shop immediately. If it does not work immediately, give it 30 minutes and then try again. If it is still not working. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us another email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, we will ship your new item within 3-5 business days.
We are not responsible for any lost packages. After the tracking number has been provided by your carrier, and us through your email. Lost shipments are directed to submit a claim with the same shipping provider that lost the package.
If your package was lost by the shipping carrier. Please contact that shipping carrier or submit a claim on there website. When it leaves our hands, it’s on the shipping company to get the products to its destination. We will be happy to help as much as we can.
